Digital object upload "limit reached" message page needs updating

Description
To reproduce
Change the digital object upload limit for your application to 0 in Admin > Settings > Global, and save
Navigate to an archival description, and try to link a digital object
- Cancel button on warning page is unstyled
- Message still tells user to contact their "ICA-AtoM administrator" instead of AtoM
*Cancel button is styled in line with other button blocks in application
- Message says AtoM, not ICA-AtoM
