- Create a description using the RAD template
- Add title "Foo"
- Add an Edition statement in the Edition area of the RAD template, "Bar"
- Export EAD
- Delete record
- Reimport EAD
- Title of fonds will be "Bar"
- Title is foo
See attached test export, and screenshot after roundtrip
See the attached EAD file. In it, the title as it should be imported appears in both in the header, at <filedesc><titlestmt><titleproper encodinganalog="title">, and in the body at <archdesc level="fonds" relatedencoding="RAD"><did><unittitle encodinganalog="1.1B">
The series edition also appears in 2 places in the EAD file: In the header, at <filedesc><editionstmt><edition>, and in the body at <archdesc level="fonds" relatedencoding="RAD"><did><unittitle encodinganalog="1.2B1"><edition>
My guess is that it is the second of these (the one in the body) that is causing the problem.
