Description

When tools like FFmpeg fail to normalize formats correctly there are
usually error messages in the output - eg. "Error while opening codec for
output stream #0.0". We need to turn this output into notifications so that
so that the SIP isn't processed into an AIP despite the normalization
error. Evelyn will work with Joseph on this one.
