Remove opening times widget from ISDIAH template sidebar

Description
In AtoM 2.0.0, a widget was added that would display opening time information added in the Access area of the ISDIAH template to the sidebar, similar to how contact information is displayed.
However, two things have made us reconsider including this:
1) The right-hand column is very narrow - text added via the opening times widget is often broken up into multiple lines, and looks bad.
2) There is a bit of javascript on the page that prevents empty fields from displaying in the view template. It seems to work inconsistently with this widget.
The information is still available in the main part of the view page - in the Access area. The simplest solution will be to remove this widget.
