a single file to list and control all Archivematica config options:

Probably best to have a config.py that can be imported by other .py scripts but not sure if that would affect any legacy Bash .sh scripts.

configparser looks like a good way to make sectioned and readable config.

done. archivematicaConfig.conf in the /etc/archivematica/ directory.
can use archivematicaLoadConfig.py to load it in python, or use it in a bash script.
