Adding a new creator removes existing creators in ISAD and DACS

Description
- Navigate to an existing archival description
- Enter edit mode
- Without removing old creator, add a new creator
- Save
- Old creator name is removed, new creator name added
- Old creator name and new creator name are both saved as part of the record.
Note: In RAD, I was able to add new creators without losing the old ones. Seems to be related to the different ways we are managing events via the widgets on the page?

Does that fix the issue in DACS as well? Looks good to me!
