This issue is to track the implementation of multithreading.

Before multithreading can be implemented, or multi nodes, a file write lock needs to be implemented. What this will do is ensure no two threads are symultaineously trying to access the same output file.

This will be implemented by adding another option to the command configs, and having the client request permission to write from the server. The job will contain a lock to control which client/thread has the write access.

This has been added. It operates while writing to the files designated in the xml config in the mcpModuleConfig directory.
