Repository directory size check present when editing archival descriptions

When editing archival descriptions that have a repository set in them, on the left sidebar it shows the repository logo (OK), as well as the current space used / max allowed for that repository's uploads (not OK).There is no reason to show the space used data on the sidebar for archival descriptions, and it creates two potential performance issues:
- Additional permissions check to see if the user is an admin / is allowed to see the space used info
- The space used check will check the directory in real time for its total size. This creates a huge performance issue (and even timeouts) when the repository has dozens of GB worth of files in it (thus making the space used check very slow). This is the same issue as described in 6087.
We should remove this information when editing archival descriptions to improve performance.
