Move "Maximum image width (pixels)" setting to digital object derivatives tab in settings

Now that we have a tab specifically dedicated to derivatives in the admin->settings page, it makes sense to move the "Maximum image width (pixels)" setting to there.

- The digital object regenerate derivatives task WILL respect the user settings applied in this feature
- Note that the maximum display width in AtoM is 628px - any bigger would break the layout - so images are scaled to fit this width in the view page
- However, if you right-click and view the reference display copy image, it will display in the dimensions set
