Description
To reproduce: Try import:bulk on an EAC file (such as did-not-export.xml attached in #9604)
Result: PHP Fatal error: Class 'sfEacPlugin' not found in /home/mikeg/workspace/atom/lib/QubitXmlImport.class.php on line 102

can't reproduce, marking invalid for now
