Description

Currently, the SIP fails if any of the files fail normalization. Some institutions may wish to have the SIP continue to be processed anyway. In this case, normalization failure would trigger an extra approval step, or the system would be configured to allow the SIP to continue processing.

PROBLEMS
SIP tagged as failed in dashboard.
wasn't sure what to call the step to continue processing after failure.
