When Flash is disabled, multi-uploader displays blank screen instead of warning

the swfUploader currently relies on Flash to work - the long-term goal is to replace it with something HTML5-based so we can remove this dependency. More and more users/browsers are disabling Flash by default for security.
Normally, if Flash is not installed or disabled on the user's machine, AtoM should provide a warning message indicating as much. See:
Right now, this warning is not working. To reproduce:
- Disable Flash in your browser
- Navigate to an archival description
- Select upload digital objects
Result: blank page showing only a title - no uploader, no warnings
Expected result: user is shown a warning indicating that the multi-uploader requires Flash.
